Do you want to find out more about local services and community groups? Come along to the St Helens Cares Talkfest Health and Wellbeing Fair, taking place on:
Friday 1st March, 1pm-4pm at St Helens Parish Church (Church Square, St Helens, WA10 1AF).
At the fair there will be a marketplace filled with stalls, where you can find out more information about various health, wellbeing and community services.
The Healthy Living Team will be leading activities on the day, such as Tai Chi and Mindfulness.
The St Helens Mind Choir will also be joining the event to spread joy during the afternoon!
Free refreshments will be available.
