Lisa Ellis

 As the Chief Nurse portfolio is responsible for ensuring high standards of care, Lisa is passionate about quality improvement and patient safety. As a resident of St Helens she advocates to make a profound impact on the future of St Helens as well as the lives of every person we care for.

Lisa has worked strategically across Cheshire and Merseyside for many years in various roles. She joined the CCG from a local provider Trust where she was Head of Nursing. Prior to this, she worked at Health Education North West as Associate Director for Workforce Transformation and was previously Assistant Director in provider services. Lisa has also worked in Public Health for many years as Head of Public Health Strategy and Modernisation.
