We are clinically-led by our Accountable Officer and Medical Director; GPs and other healthcare professionals, a Chief Nurse, one registered nurse and a secondary care doctor.
The reasoning behind a clinically-led organisation is that GPs will understand the health requirements of the local community and how to drive improvements.
